Dad2Be

Dad2Be is our program that helps future fathers prepare to become dads. If you are an expectant father, we want to help you get ready. Those who participate in Dad2Be come and visit with us for 15 weeks. As with everything we do at the CPC, Dad2Be is totally free and completely confidential. In fact, you can earn a reward for your baby because of your hard work. We will help you work through the changes that you are experiencing and those that are yet to come. You'll have someone you can trust and confide in while at the same time getting ready to be a dad. We are hear to listen and to encourage you along the way.

Some of the things we talk about and study include:
--Physical and emotional changes the mother is going through to help you understand what she's experiencing.
--Legal and moral responsibilities that you face.
--Development and growth of your pre-born baby.
--How to take care of your baby, including feeding, changing diapers, illness, bathing, and more.
--Money and budgeting to help get you on track financially.
--Relationship building with the mother, baby, and those around you.
--Experiencing childbirth and knowing what it's all about.
--Videos and a little bit of homework each week to help you help yourself.

If you have a baby on the way, are you ready? We're here to help you. We want to help you become the best dad you can be. Also, tell your baby's mother about our Mom2Be program. Please don't hesitate to call us or <e-mail us> with any questions or for more information.

Your life will be completely different after your baby is born but one thing won’t change—we’ll still be here for you. Call us, <e-mail us>, or stop by.
